BEGINNER JIU-JITSU

Our beginners Jiu-Jitsu program runs every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:45pm with an open gym Saturday from 11:30-12:30. The goal of this program is to  build a foundation through an understanding of the fundamentals and principles of Jiu-Jitsu. Instruction and drilling the basics thats the beginners class!

ADVANCED JIU-JITSU

These classes are geared around more experienced grapplers and run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-830pm as well as open mat Saturday 11:30-12:30. Its a given that everyone in this classroom understands the basic concepts from our beginners program as they are needed to be able to build upon as we look at different and more advanced techniques. Looking for an intense grappling session that can get you in shape and take your Jiu-Jitsu to a different level then this is the class for you!

BOXING/KICKBOXING

Having a good understanding of the striking principles of boxing and kickboxing is the goal of these classes. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7-8pm. Classes are geared toward learning and mastering basic fundamentals so a beginner and an advanced practitioner can take away something new and worthwhile all while getting a killer workout.

YOUTH MMA PROGRAM

Youth MMA at Kearney Combat Sports runs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We offer classes for two age groups, 5-9 yr olds which run from 5:30-6:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And 10-15 yrs olds, which run from 6:15-7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Saturday class is a combined class of both age groups which runs from 10-11:15am on Saturday mornings. Classes consist of Boxing on Tuesday and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on Thursday and Saturday.
