Summer is here and things are heating up inside and outside the gym! We’ve got exciting updates, free training opportunities, and a stacked schedule of events. Here’s everything you need to know:

🔑 24/7 Access & Facility Expansion Coming Soon

We’re working on rolling out key fob entry by the end of summer, giving members 24-hour access to both the bag room and a newly expanded weightlifting area. This upgrade will offer more freedom and flexibility to train when it works best for you. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to launch!

 🌅 Free 6AM Jiu Jitsu – All June Long- Tell your Friends!!

Our 6AM No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class is FREE to the public all June!

This class follows a Constraints Led Approach (CLA) and is led by gym owner and head coach Richard Barajas. Whether you're new to grappling or experienced, this is a great way to learn and improve with intention — all before most people are out of bed. Be sure to try out this class if you haven't already and be a part of a new way to learn as coach Richard builds something special. 

🥋 Private Training Available This Summer
Looking to sharpen your skills with more focused attention? We have several coaches available for private sessions throughout the summer. Whether you're prepping for a tournament or just want more personalized training, this is a great way to level up. Coach Chelsea, Coach Jose, Coach Alex, and Coach Juan all offer private sessions in their specialties. Ask them directly or message us to get something scheduled!

Congratulations to Colton M. for winning his ammy boxing match on June 7th in Loup City! Colton is only 8 years old and has already competed in jiu jitsu, wrestling and boxing tournaments! We are proud of all his hard work he puts in! 

Upcoming Events

June 21 – Sub Spectrum (Des Moines, IA)

We’re sending athletes to the Summer Trials (adults) and Summer Open (youth) — this is a great regional tournament with some of the toughest competition we've seen yet.

June 28 – Dynasty Combat Sports (Ralston, NE)

Vyphot and Edgar step into the cage. These two have been putting in the work — let’s show up and support them live! 

July 26 – NE Jiu Jitsu Championship (Lincoln, NE)

A great local opportunity for both youth and adults to test their skills in a tournament setting. Let’s show up in numbers!

August 9–10 – IBJJF Chicago Gi & No-Gi

This is one of the most prestigious events in the Midwest. Competing or not, it’s an incredible experience and a high-level test for any athlete looking to level up. Be sure to submit your IBJJF membership so we can get you approved.
